At Dropping Beets, we are seasoned party pros. Over the years, we’ve seen our share of fiestas and party people, and know how to bring the mad flavor. The experience we bring will allow us to do the cooking just the way you’d do it if you weren’t busy working on your dance moves.

We will handle the shopping, preparation, cooking, storing, and clean-up. All that’s left is for you to get out and play. Whether it’s a single-night event for you and the family, or three meals a day and snacks for the duration of the vacation, we have you covered. "Joe cooked an incredible dinner for our wedding night. A few months prior we had a long conversation about memorable meals we'd enjoyed, and he used that conversation to create an amazing bespoke menu for us. We dined in a very cozy rented cabin with our families and he handled the tight space with finesse. The food was plentiful and beyond delicious. He created brilliant dishes like quinoa tabbouleh with seared duck breast, red miso-marinated local pork tenderloin, and a spiced chocolate ganache tart with a pistachio walnut crust, to name just a few of the dishes. He also created one of the most epic charcuterie boards I could have dreamed of! He is thoughtful, kind, and a brilliant chef."

"Chef Joe is incredible. Not only does he make incredible food, but he goes the extra mile with the service he offers. He helped plan a full weekend of meals for my company offsite, and everyone LOVED the food. Feeding 25 people is hard enough, but to help make a delicious and new meal for 25 people, three times a day is not for everyone. It was for Joe, and he did so with a smile on his face.
